Customized running plans, goal setting, weekly virtual meetings, text/email anytime help and so much more. Can choose from two options, monthly coaching which includes both running and other health goals or monthly running coaching which focuses primarily on your running goals.

Why PRS?


At Precision Running Strategies we believe if you run you are a runner no matter your pace, distance, skill level or shape. The purpose of PRS is creating a healthy lifestyle through running and forming healthy habits, by setting goals that build on each other to achieve your desired result.

By combining my skill set as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and as a Certified Running Coach, I am able to intertwine how people learn, how to change behaviors and how behaviors are effected by the environment with running principles, mechanics and coaching. I believe that by merging these two specialties it will allow for not only successfully reaching your short term running goals, but form a positive, healthy lifestyle that will continue on well past your pace and race goals.
